Terms and Conditions

  1. Orders are generally processed within one working day but may vary depending on racing schedules and other variables.  If you need a part yesterday, please contact us before you place your order to ensure its going out in a timely manner.
  2. Payments are accepted with Visa, Mastercard, or Paypal.  If you pay with an e-check, your items will not ship until the check clears.   The transaction currency of goods and services provided on this website are to be in United States dollars $.  If given a choice in currency, the card holder is responsible for any exchange rate or commission charges.  Once the choice in currency is made, that choice is final.
  3. Refunds/returns will only be issued for defective parts or parts that cannot be provided for some reason.  Please do not send anything back without first contacting us and getting an RMA.  If you are returning a part for some other reason, you will be responsible for shipping and a restocking fee. Restocking fee is 10% for every month since the date of purchase.  A purchase made January 1st returned on June 1st would recieve 40% of the purchase price back.
  4. Shipping is done via USPS priority mail. This gets parts anywhere in the lower 48 states within 3 days.  In some cases we might find it better to ship to you via UPS.  International orders will take longer to ship and deal with.  All shipments are insured and packaged to the best of our ability.  If there is an issue with shipping please contact us for insurance information.
  5. Canceled orders/refused delivery.  Customers will be charged an appropriate amount to cover our losses in these events.  In the case of special orders or custom orders you will likely be 100% responsable for the cost of these items.
  6. Sales tax of 8.75% will be charged to CA residents
  7. Warrantys will be addressed on a case by case basis on parts we manufacture.  Any other parts will be under the manufactures warranty.
  8. Backorders will ship as soon as possible, if you cannot wait contact us for a refund.
  9. Custom parts/labor is NOT refundable.  If there is an issue, im sure we can work it out in a satisfactory manner.
  10. Lead times  We are a small shop and we get backed up from time to time.  Contact us to find out how far out ship dates look for the parts you are after.
